gena's secret ingredient gluten free lasagna

12 gluten free quinoa lasagna noodles 2 15 oz container of ricotta cheese fat free - or cottage cheese 1 8 oz pkg shredded mozzarella cheese 1 1/2 TSP DRIED oregano salt and pepper to taste 1 lb. ground turkey 1 24 oz jar marinara sauce, such as rao's 1/4 c honey PREHEAT oven to 375 cook pasta per package directions and set aside. in bowl, combine ricotta, 1 c cheese, 1/2 tsp oregano, salt and pepper. set aside. IN A LARGE NONSTICK SKILLET brown meat add marinara sauce and rest of oregano and honey stir until honey melts into the sauce spray 13x9 pan spread 1 cup of sauce mixture on botton then top with 3 noodles , 1/3 CHEESE mixture and 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Repeat with two more layers finish with remaining noodles and sauce miture. coat a sheet of foil with cooking spray and place over lasagna, bake 50 min or until bubbling. uncover and top with remaining mozzarella and bake about another 10 min until cheese melts. LET stand 10 min before cutting serves 9 cals 401 protien 31G fat 11 g chol 60mg carbs 44g fiber 2g sugar 14 g
